We currently offer a plethora of programs to youth in our community. These programs explore themes ranging from how the human brain works to how to build self-confidence. We focus on the pillars of using Restorative Justice practices to help youth solve issues in their every day lives.

Circles of Support
Our Circles of Support program is a support group for students who have experienced harm in schools. This support group supports students who have experienced hate behaviours, physical or emotional assault, or have been the victim of bullies.

Conflict Management Coaching
A one-on-one, six-session program designed to assist youth aged 12-17 inclusive learn skills to manage conflict in a healthy, safe manner.

Healthy Relationships
Our healthy relationships program aims to equip youth with the essential skills and knowledge needed to navigate interpersonal connections in a positive and respectful manner. This program covers topics such as effective communication, consent, boundaries, conflict resolution, and understanding healthy versus unhealthy relationship dynamics.

Legal System Navigation Program for Youth and their Families.
Legal Navigation Program is a groundbreaking initiative aimed at fostering a more accessible and equitable legal system in the Sudbury community. This innovative program combines the principles of restorative justice to guide individuals through the intricacies of the legal process.

Mediated Restorative Conferences
Find out more about our youth program, Mediated Restorative Conferencing. The youth who has caused harm and/or conflict meets with the individuals harmed by their actions in a safe, mediated conference with a goal of healing and repair.

Project Connect Us
Project Connect Us is the latest initiative from Sudbury District Restorative Justice, funded by the City of Greater Sudbury to support and empower the residents of 1960 Paris St. This program focuses on building a stronger, safer community through peer mentoring, skill-building, and collaborative partnerships that connect individuals with the resources they need to thrive.

Secondary School Presentations
Teachers or administrative staff can contact Sudbury District Restorative Justice to request a two to four hour conflict management presentation in a classroom of up to 30 youth.

Post-secondary presentations include information about agency vision and mission, history, programming, and the social services database.
