Speak. Listen. Heal.

Restorative Justice operates on the belief that harm can be healed through the sharing of feelings and experiences, the open-minded listening and hearing of feelings and experiences, and the acceptance of responsibility and accountability.

The Mediated Restorative Conference leans heavily on restorative justice principles to bring together youth who have caused harm through crime or conflict and those who have been harmed by the youth’s choices.

We encourage school administrators to discuss with us our school-based mediation programs. We can assist in complex conflict situations that impact individual relationships and safe school culture.

This program is free when the individual causing harm is a youth between the ages of 12 and 17 inclusive, and is offered as an in-person mediation at the Sudbury District Restorative Justice office, a third-party neutral location, or online through digital platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
