Youth Thrive is a vital initiative designed to unlock the boundless potential of young people within the 720 Bruce Avenue apartment building community. By providing consistent, engaging activities, we aim to create a safe and nurturing environment where youth and community can flourish.

This program will be broken down into two sections:

  • Mondays (5:30-7:30 PM): Available ONLY to 720 Bruce Ave residents.
  • Tuesdays & Wednesdays (5:30-7:30 PM): Available to Youth and Community.

From Monday to Wednesday, between 5:30 and 7:30 PM, we offer a diverse range of social activities, including board games, music, art, physical games, gardening, and more. These activities are tools for fostering social connection, building confidence, and nurturing creativity. Our goal is to empower attendees to explore their passions, develop essential life skills, and form lasting bonds with their peers and fellow community members. This consistent engagement is crucial in providing a stable, positive environment that helps folks navigate challenges and build a strong foundation for their future.

This project is of immense importance because it directly addresses the need for structured, supportive activities for youth within the community. By providing consistent, accessible programs, we aim to prevent youth from falling into negative patterns and encourage them to become active, engaged members of their community.
