Teachers or administrative staff can contact Sudbury District Restorative Justice to request a two to four hour conflict management presentation in a classroom of up to 30 youth. These presentations include a slideshow (internet and/or computer access is needed), age appropriate discussion, video, and activities, as well as a restorative justice circle if the opportunity allows.

This course material can be modified to specifically address conflict in the classroom, or target an area where conflict is brewing but hasn’t yet spilled out into the common setting. Activities can be tailored to the classroom, the school, or the individual.

We encourage school administrators to discuss with us our school-based mediation programs. We can assist in complex conflict situations that impact individual relationships and safe school culture.

There is no cost for classroom presentations or school-based mediations, but we ask the host school to provide the materials for any activities.
